Bonjour a tous,
Je ne crois pas que ce soit des conseils qui manquent à nos chers syndicalistes. C’est vrai qu’un peuple qui aspire a un bien etre se doit de lutter ; c’est un droit legitime. Si OBAMA est aujourd’hui elu president des USA, c’est grace au sacrifice de bien de personnes dont Martin Lutter King.
Les syndicalistes ne sont pas aveugles et dupes ; ils voient l’argent circuler ; ils constatent les recettes qui entrent dans les caisses de l’Etat mais aussi la manière dont ceux qui sont proches de la manne vivent. Ils veulent donc en profiter.
Mais la question qui se pose est celle de savoir si la greve est une panacée c’est à dire la seule voie pour obtenir ce que l’on veut ? Comment peut-on dans le même temps exiger des augmentations salariales et cesser de faire tourner la machine economique ? Les luttes syndicales telles que menees aujourd’hui prouvent simplement que nous ne sommes pas encore une nation mais une somme arithmique d’individus ou interets indivisuels passent avant interets collectifs. Un exemple concret pour étayer mes propos. Les premiers qui participent directement et en majorite a la creation de la richesse nationale sont les braves producteurs des milieux ruraux. Prenez les statistiques et vous constaterez que est la contribution du coton au fonctionnement de l’Etat. Imaginez ce qui pourrait se passer si un jours, d’un comment accord, les producteurs decident d’aller eux aussi en greve, refusant ainsi de produire pour le pays et se limitant juste au peu dont ils ont besoin pour leur propre consommation. Cependant, ils sont les oubliés du développement : ils vivent dans la misere ; les enfants ne beneficient pas pour autant des privileges de ceux des milieux urbains (scolarisation, couverture sanitaire adequate, electricite, eau, etc.). On se songe jamais à augmenter leur revenu mais les amener à produire pour le peuple. C’est comme s’ils ne sont pas des béninois. Et pourtant. Alors je pense que les syndicalistes doivent se convaincre que c’est le pays qu’ils prennent en otage avec leurs greves tous azimiuts. Dans une nation, l’interet general prime toujours sur ceux individuels. Nous devons investir dans des secteurs economiques bien porteurs afin de generer de la croissance. Le secteur economique pourra servir de levier au developpement social et culturel. Et le drame, ce sont les secteurs sociaux, qui ne creent pas directement la richesse (education en premier) qui vont en greve pour une bonne partie de l’annee. Quel operateur economique acceptera que ses employes aient en greve pour un oui ou pour un non ?
Les greves, elles sont legitimes. Mais j’estime que c’est un couteau a double tranchant et mal manipulee, elle conduit au desordre, a l’anarchie et au chao. Creons de la richesse et veillons ensuite a ce que l’Etat en fasse une bonne redistribution.

Je salue l’initiative de porter une telle préoccupation aux analyses des internautes.
je juge personnellement que nos syndicalistes font un peu trop. Et les acteurs politiques qui les encouragent ne doivent pas oublier qu’ils seront eux aussi un jour aux commandes et ils auront la monnaie de leurs actes. La roue du développement tourne. L’engagement de l’état à leur côté a attiré entre temps les observations de nos partenaires techniques au développement. Comme quoi on ne produit pas assez pour en distribuer si tant. Aujourd’hui, et c’est une bonne chose, on fait grêve au Bénin seulement pour des primes. Ils ont raison car la somme des primes mensuelles dépassent le salaire. Vous voyez la logique.L’accumulation des primes diverses portent parfois à deux fois le salaire des agents de l’Etat. Il faut comme l’etat l’a compris à la faveur de la crise économique rationaliser les dépenses de l’etat surtout sur ce volet de primes. Ne plus dostribuer de l’argent aux populations sous le prétexte de propérité partagée mais plutôt créer les conditions d’épanouissement des populations à travers les mesures comme la gratuité de la césarienne, de la scolarité et des soins de samnté primaires aux enfants. De même créer des opportunités de prêts pour étudier ou des primes pour rentrer universitaire. Les syndicalistes doivent se rendre compte que le pays n’est pas fait pour eux seul. le pays est aussi aux travailleur de l’informel de même qu’aux braves paysans. Et lorqu’on est un pays aux conditions que nous avon sans aucune ressources minières ont doit savoir raison gardé et savoir s’arrêter quand il le faut. malheureusement, les politiciens s’y sont mêlés. je n’ai vraissembablement pas de conseils à leur donner s’ils pensent être sur la bonne voie alors du courage à eux. seulement, même ceux pour qui ils roulent. demain, ils verront si ils pourraont meilleur..
